Grade School Religious
Education Program
The Grade School Religious Education Program invites families with children grades K-8 to participate in a faith formation program that follows an academic model year. Parents play a key role in the program as catechists, aids, office help, and one-time project opportunities. Parents are primary religious educators of their children in the faith see document link:

This program meets on Wednesday evenings from 5:45 to 7:00 PM in the parish school. Click here to view the Family Calendar.
The year provides a variety of activates including: prayer, liturgy, sacramental preparation for grade 2, church cycle traditions, saints, Mary, etc.
Curriculum is published by Harcourt Publishing entitled “Walking by Faith”. Check out the Website at www.walkingbyfaith.com.
There is a Prayer Club beginning at 5:15 PM each Wednesday evening for children to recite their memorized prayers. Click on the links below for the guide sheet and booklet of memorized prayers.
Catholic Sexuality
Catholic Sexuality is covered in grades 7 & 8. Parents must attend the parent meeting before their children can participate. Basic curriculum covering, values, peer pressure, relationships, communicable diseases are covered by a trained couple from the parish.
